Discovery Saturday: National Geographic Giant Traveling Maps

We are excited to announce that in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Arizona Geographic Alliance’s North and South American Giant Maps are being lent for display on Saturday, October 5th from 11 am to 3 pm in our Special Events room.
These maps are from the National Geographic Education Foundation’s Giant Map program, the same program that created our Giant Map of Nevada, donated to the museum from the Geographic Alliance in Nevada (GAIN).
