Field Trip Bookings Now Open for the 2025–2026 School Year

Please note that a reservation with the Nevada State Museum does not include access to the Springs Preserve. Schools planning to visit both institutions must make a separate reservation through the Springs Preserve’s website. For more information, visit our Field Trip FAQs.

If your field trip is approved, you will receive a Field Trip Confirmation & Guidelines packet. All participating educators and chaperones must review and agree to these guidelines in order to confirm their booking. You are responsible for your group’s compliance and the distribution of the guideline’s information.
